Pemberdayaan Pencari Kerja di Papua melalui produk Sensory Busy Board dan E-Marketplace

Wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Jayapura, jumlah anak usia dini (0–4 tahun) tercatat sebanyak 9.377 jiwa, sehingga menciptakan peluang pasar bagi produk edukatif berbasis stimulasi sensorik. Namun, ketersediaan mainan edukasi lokal seperti sensory busy board masih sangat terbatas, sementara angka pengangguran di Jayapura dan Papua relatif tinggi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan produktif pencari kerja melalui pelatihan pembuatan sensory busy board serta pendampingan pemasaran digital melalui aplikasi e-marketplace. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, praktik langsung pembuatan produk secara berkelompok, pendampingan teknis, serta evaluasi melalui observasi ketercapaian produk dan kuesioner umpan balik peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Alfa Omega ini diikuti oleh kurang lebih 30 peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kelompok peserta berhasil menyelesaikan produk sensory busy board yang layak digunakan sebagai media stimulasi anak usia dini, dengan rata-rata waktu produksi 4–5 jam. Selain itu, peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peluang pemasaran produk kreatif melalui marketplace, termasuk strategi foto produk dan penentuan harga. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan kreativitas peserta, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha mandiri berbasis produk edukatif lokal, sehingga berpotensi mendorong kemandirian ekonomi pencari kerja di Papua.
