Pentingnya Meaningfulness of Work untuk Memenuhi Employed Wellbeing dan Meningkatkan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia

Bekerja merupakan bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia yang melibatkan kesadaran dalam pencapaiannya. Bekerja bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rasa aman, kepuasan, dan aktualisasi diri. Namun, terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang ditemui seperti stress akibat tekanan kerja, kelelahan bekerja (burnout), kurang produktif bahkan resign turnover. Hal ini berdampak pada kesejahtraan dalam bekerja (empoyed well-being). Karyawan perlu memahami kondisi meaningfull untuk merasakan kesejahtraan dalam bekerja (employed well-being). Tujuan dari kegiatan webinar ini untuk menggali informasi tentang Meaningfullness of Work agar employed well being dapat terpenuhi di lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literature dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Peserta terdiri atas karyawan swasta, pegawai pemerintah, mahasiswa dan lainnya. Hasil kegiatan webinar ini berdasarkan pada hasil pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peningkatkan (utility) pengetahuan peserta terhadap Meaningfullness of Work. Pemberian pre-test dilakukan sebelum peserta mendapatkan materi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pre-test didapatkan bahwa presentasi jumlah peserta yang tidak paham, kurang paham lebih besar dibandingkan dengan jumlah peserta yang paham dan sangat paham, sedangkan post-tes didapatkan bahwa presentasi jumlah peserta yang paham dan sangat paham lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang tidak paham dan kurang paham. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan peserta meningkat sebelum (pre-test) dan setelah (post-test) diberikan intervensi berupa materi tentang Meaningfullness of Work.
